STRESS HACKS is mindfulness program for youth from ages 13 to 16 years old. The workshop aims to help teenagers :
(1) manage thoughts and emotions,
(2) improve relationships,
(3) focus attention and awareness, and
(4) make more purposeful choices and behavior.
This is a skill they can use when they’re stressed, especially during the school year.
The schedule are as follows: April 17, 21, 24, 28, and May 5, 8, 12, 15, and 19; from 2:00pm to 4:00pm in Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City.
There is also a Mindfulness for Parents workshops that consists of 2 days, April 22 and 29, where we hope to cultivate mindfulness to the parents of our teen participants. This way, both teenager and parent can enjoy benefits of being mindful.
